Isabelle Gerzat

LAWYER PARTNER

Attorney at the Brussels Bar, Isabelle Gerzat is one of the three founding partners of our firm. She is in charge of our Employment law department.

She holds a Specialized Master’s degree in employment law obtained with Magna Cum Laude and has extensive experience in the field. Her day-to-day practice focuses on Individual employment law and Collective employment law as well as on Social security law.

Isabelle assists employers and workers with conviction and pragmatism, in the framework of judicial proceedings and legal advice.

Having completed a LL.M. at King’s College London and worked for several years in an international law firm, Isabelle practises in both French and English.

She also delivers training and is speaker at seminars and author of articles of specialized doctrine.

Bertrand Margraff

LAWYER PARTNER

Attorney at the Brussels Bar, Bertrand Margraff is one of the three founding partners of our firm. He is in charge of our Commercial Law and Corporate Law Departments.

 

He advises entrepreneurs and companies and assists them in the drafting, negotiation and execution of their contracts. He also defends his clients before the courts.

 

He has solid experience in the new technologies sector and regularly works with tech start-ups, digital platforms, software developers and e-commerce companies.

 

Bertrand has also developed expertise in data privacy.

 

He also gives training courses and is the author of publications in his areas of expertise.

Noémie Smet

LAWYER PARTNER

Attorney at the Brussels Bar, Noémie Smet is one of the three founding partners of our firm.

 

She is in charge of our Family Law Department, an area of law in which she has specialised for over ten years.

.

She handles mainly cases involving separations and divorces, with or without minor children, as well as their property aspects.

 

A good listener and keen to encourage dialogue in difficult family situations, she favours alternative dispute resolution methods.

Noémie also practises road traffic law.
