Fees
We offer different packages to suit your needs.
Hourly rate
In principle, our fees are calculated on an hourly basis.
The hourly rate depends on the matter, the issue and the urgency of the case.
Where appropriate, we can reduce our hourly rate and agree a success fee (a percentage linked to the result of the case), in accordance with article 446ter of the Judicial Code.
Package
Wherever possible, we can agree on a lump sum for a specific assignment or for the file as a whole, to give you greater predictability.
Subscription
Does your company need regular advice?
We will offer you a subscription system. You only pay for what has been agreed.
Legal interim
We also act as interim legal counsel for companies.
Whether you need expertise in commercial law, corporate law or employment law for a specific project, or you are facing a temporary work overload, we can second a lawyer to your company at a preferential daily rate.
Corporate housekeeping
Does your company need a legal secretariat to manage the convening of meetings of the board of directors or the general meeting, the drafting of minutes, the publication of decisions, the revision of the articles of association or to ensure compliance with other required formalities? We can set up a partnership.
Trainings
We provide practical trainings for your staff, on basic topics in our areas of expertise or targeted to your company’s needs and specific requirements.
